All orders are shipped via Fed Ex overnight air and delivered by 3pm.
We currently ship anywhere in the continental U.S. (Please note that some rural addresses may not be serviceable via overnight air.)
It is recommended, but not required, that someone be present when the lobsters arrive. We are not responsible for lobsters left unsigned for or unattended at your door.
All lobsters are packed & shipped in a reusable, insulated box, covered with wet newspaper and frozen gel packs to keep them damp and cold during their trip.
All shipping costs are included in the purchase price for Tuesday - Friday deliveries.
All orders must be placed 2 days prior to the expected delivery date.
All online orders are processed for Tuesday - Friday delivery. If you need a Saturday delivery, you must order by phone. There is an additional $15.00 charge for Saturday deliveries.
No Holiday, Sunday, or Monday deliveries.
All orders are shipped with cooking instructions and suggestions for storing live lobsters.
